Refund Policy

1. Nature of Services

NewzCommunity provides SaaS-based digital infrastructure services designed to enable users to build, operate, and manage digital publishing platforms.

2. Digital Product Clause

All services provided through the NewzCommunity platform are digital in nature. No physical goods or products are delivered to users.

3. Non-Refundable Fees

Once onboarding, technical setup, or platform provisioning has begun, the applicable service fees become non-refundable.

4. Refund Eligibility Window

Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of payment and before the initiation of onboarding or platform setup.

5. Cancellation

Users may cancel future subscription renewals by submitting a written request to the platform's official support email.

6. No Income Guarantee

NewzCommunity does not guarantee the following outcomes:

  • Advertisement revenue
  • Referral earnings
  • Platform profitability

Refunds shall not be granted due to unmet income expectations or financial performance outcomes.

7. Advertising Performance Disclaimer

Advertising revenue may fluctuate based on market conditions, advertiser demand, traffic patterns, and other external factors. Such variations shall not qualify as grounds for refunds.

8. Chargeback Protection

Any unauthorized or fraudulent chargeback requests will be formally contested by the company with supporting documentation and service records.

9. Dispute Handling

All disputes arising from the use of NewzCommunity services shall be resolved in accordance with Indian law.
