By accessing or using the NewzCommunity platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

NewzCommunity is operated and administered by Vyapex International Pvt Ltd (VIPL), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013.

Users must be at least 18 years of age to access or use the services provided by the platform.

Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during account registration and maintain the accuracy of such information throughout their use of the platform.

Users are solely responsible for the content they publish, including but not limited to:

• Accuracy of information
• Legality of the published material
• Ensuring the content is non-defamatory
• Compliance with applicable Indian media and digital laws

NewzCommunity does not assume any editorial liability for user-generated content published on the platform.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Publishing false or misleading news
• Defamation or harmful statements
• Hate speech or discriminatory content
• Copyright infringement or intellectual property violations
• Any illegal or unlawful activities

All intellectual property rights related to the NewzCommunity platform infrastructure, software, and branding belong to NewzCommunity.

Ownership of user-generated content remains with the respective user, subject to a limited license granted to the platform for hosting and distribution.

Revenue distribution arrangements shall be governed by separate commercial agreements or program terms.

The platform does not guarantee any specific income, earnings, or profitability.

All applicable fees must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule. Failure to complete payments may result in service suspension or termination.

NewzCommunity reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities.

NewzCommunity shall not be liable for:

• Content-related disputes
• Defamation or legal claims arising from user content
• Loss of revenue or business opportunities
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Users agree to indemnify and hold NewzCommunity harmless against any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from the content they publish or actions taken through the platform.

NewzCommunity shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performing obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, regulatory changes, network failures, or other unforeseen circumstances.

NewzCommunity reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform services at its discretion.

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
